A cracked terrace that lets the monsoon rain through
- The problem Heavy monsoon rain finds its way through hairline cracks in the slab, and the leak shows up in the rooms below.
- The fix A flexible, seamless coating is rolled across the surface and bridges the hairline cracks.
- The result Water beads up and runs off the surface instead of soaking in.
Waterproof coatings do not repair structural cracks. Flexseal 180 and Tapelastic Premia are two-component systems: follow the manufacturer mixing instructions.

Damp rising up the wall
- The problem Ground moisture wicks up the wall, leaving dark patches and white salt on the surface.
- The fix A waterproofing compound is mixed into the new plaster and applied over the damp wall.
- The result The wall is clean and dry, ready for paint or tiles.

Loose tiles and cracked grout
- The problem Tiles lift and sound hollow, and the grout cracks, letting water under the floor.
- The fix Excem TA 30 tile adhesive is combed onto the bed, and each tile is pressed into place.
- The result The tiles sit firm and flush, and Excem TG Plus fills the joints for a neat finish.
Tile grout alone does not waterproof a bathroom. Waterproof first.

A crumbling patch on weak concrete
- The problem An old patch breaks away from the slab, and weak concrete wears out faster.
- The fix Bond GP is brushed onto the old surface, then repair mortar goes in while the bond is still tacky. Premia SL 353 in the mix adds strength.
- The result The new repair bonds to the old concrete, and the surface is solid again.
